Pay what you want sketches with a minimum price of $5USD! This is a low budget option if you would like some art from me. Sketches may be experimental and vary in complexity. I will attempt to match the complexity to price, but it may not always be 1-to-1. No edits will be provided for this kind of commission!

TERMS OF SERVICE

It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand the terms of service prior to the purchase of any artwork from the artist. The artist will assume that the client has read the terms of service, and it will not be the responsibility of the artist to ensure that the customer has done so. Any breach of the terms of service may result in a termination a commission, or a refusal to work with the client.The artist reserves the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time. Issues should be brought up directly with the artist if the customer wishes for them to be addressed. Arrangements can only be made if the artist is contacted privately and directly.

Cancellations and Commission Refusals

⚠️ If the artist finds that a client fits into any of the below criteria midway through a commission– the commission will be canceled and a refund will be given based on the amount of work left on the commission. The client will be refused service for the foreseeable future and will be requested to not use any of the artwork already delivered.⚠️ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to read the terms of service and understand this rule prior to commissioning the artist.The artist will not accept commissions from a client who falls into any of the below criteria:

  • Anyone who is found to be racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, antisemitic, a zionist, a zoophile, a pedophile, a perpetrator of sexual assault, and/or anyone supports these beliefs in any manner.

  • Anyone who provides AI art as a reference image and/or promotes the use of AI art.

  • Anyone who intends to use commissioned art to assist with AI generation (the artist will, under no terms, agree to allow their art to be used for AI image generation)

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for whatever reason. If the above criteria does not factor into the commission’s cancellation, the client will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, and will be given rights to use any artwork that has already been delivered.Any refunds that need to be issued due to the fault of the artist will always be refunded in full and immediately.

General practice

⚠️ As default, the artist will be awarded the following permissions regarding commissioned artwork. If you would like to request any changes to these permissions, please make sure it is done prior to the commission's start:

  • The artist has the right to post WIPs both publicly and privately of commissioned work.

  • The artist has the right to stream or broadcast the process of the commission either live or recorded.

  • The artist has the right to post the commissioned artwork to their socials, and use it to promote their own work and services.

Rights of The Client

This section will outline what ownership a client will have over any given artwork by default. Please contact the artist ahead of time if you wish to negotiate different rights of ownership. A contract will be written if different agreements are made that do not align with the default rights listed below.The client will NOT be allowed to:

  • Refuse to credit the artist when asked.

  • Claim artwork as their own work.

  • Use commissioned work in an offensive manner, or with the intention to hurt others.

  • Disregard agreed upon requests made by the artist regarding their work.

  • Resell artwork or designs for a higher price than it was purchased without extra material.

  • Use commissioned artwork to train AI image generation.

The client may negotiate these topics with th artist:

  • Claiming full copyright or an artwork.

  • Using commissioned artwork to gain direct or indirect profit.

  • Making modifications to the commissioned artwork, either directly by the client or through a third party.

  • Keeping their commission private (the artist will not upload the commission publicly or show it to anyone else).

The client will always have the right to:

  • Repost a commissioned piece, provided that adequate credit is given.

  • Use commissioned artwork for non-monetary projects

  • Resell commissioned work for its purchase price or lower.

rEFUNDS

Refunds and/or partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances.
⚠️ Please contact the artist as soon as possible if you feel as though you may need a refund!A client can request a full refund if:

  • The commission has not been started at the time of contacting the artist.

  • The provided artwork is drastically incorrect due to the fault of the artist.

  • No progress has been made on the commission for a duration of 2 months.

What if my commission has already been started?
If a commission has been started, it may not be possible for the artist to offer a full refund. The amount that can be refunded will be proportional to how much progress has been made on the commission. The unfinished commission will still be delivered to the commissioner.Forced refunds
If a commission must be canceled due to misconduct on the behalf of the commissioner, the commission will be voided, and a refund will be issued proportional to how much progress has been made on the commission. Delivery of files and artwork may not be provided if this is the case.

Turn-around Times

The artist will provide an estimated turn-around time based on the scope of the commission.
Turn-around times may vary, and the artist will always endeavor to inform the client about longer than average wait times. The client maintains the right to receive updates about the artist’s progress at any given time.Please always give up to 48 hours for a response.

WIPs and Commission progress

WIPs (works in progress images) will typically be sent to the commission at regular intervals depending on the scope of the commissioned work. The default intervals will be at the sketch stage, at the line-art stage, and at the colour stage, but this will not be the same for every commission. The artist will let the commissioner know which WIPs they should expect to receive. The commissioner may request to see additional WIPs if they believe it is nessesary.Large Edit Fees
The main purpose of WIPs being sent to the client is so the client can make sure that their commission is progressing as planned. The client is encouraged to point out any flaws or mistakes as early as possible, as extra fees may be incurred if major edits are required at later stages of the commission.Large edits can be made at any stage of the process, but as stated above, large edits that are not due to the fault of the artist will incur additional fees.What constitutes a Large Edit?
A large edit is any edit that requires the artist to completely change a commissioned work almost from the ground up, this will include things such as:

  • Requesting a character change after the commission has already started.

  • requesting large changes to colours, expression, and/or pose when the commission has already progressed to the colouring phase.

  • Requesting that a commission be re-done.

Adoptable terms of service

Terms of Service pertaining to adoptable and/or custom designs.Payment Times
Buyers will be expected to pay for an adopt in full within 72 hours of claiming the design. If the buyer fails to do so, the design will go back up for sale.Holds
Buyers my request to hold a design for up to a week (168 hours). In order to place a hold, a buyer will have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE FEE of $5USD for cheaper designs, and $10USD for more expensive designs. This fee goes towards the purchase of the design.If the buyer is unable to pay for the design within the given time frame, the held fee is not refunded. Please make sure you will be able to purchase a design if requesting a hold.Frequent Design Ghosting or Failure to Provide Payment
In circumstances where an individual fails to provide payment and/or falls through on holds multiple times, they may be barred from purchasing adopts in the future.⚠️ Note that this will usually only happen if communication is also lacking! I understand things happen on the buyer's end. As long as issues are communicated, you will likely not be at risk of being put on any ban lists.

What you can do with your adoptable design:

  • Change the species, markings, name, and any gendered elements to your hearts content.

  • Resell a design for it's purchased price or lower

  • Gift a design to a friend

What you can't do with an adopted design:

  • Promote hate speech and/or bullying

  • Engage in scalping

  • Refuse to give credit to the designer
